  • ‍We work with psychologists with with varying degrees of 1-1 client experience, agnostic of the school of psychology that you specialise in.

  • ‍We work with clients from diverse backgrounds, but most of them are between 20 - 45 years of age & struggling with concerns such as Anxiety, Stress, Relationships & Mood disorders.

  • Our therapists absolutely adore us (we've grown to a team of 35) and none of them have left us so far. Plus, their partners & family love us too because we take time off very seriously.

  • To ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients, we pride ourselves on making sure you're matched to clients who're best suited for you. This can take a few weeks, but you'll usually start with sessions within 2 weeks.

  • ‍All our sessions are online at the moment so you can take them from anywhere.

  • At Pause, you work on your own schedule & are free to choose how many clients you want to take on. There are no binding contracts. We want this to work for you.
