Many things might make you feel good in the short term. Your favourite Tay Tay song, a walk in the park or watching Home Alone for the 78th time with a tub of ice cream. All have their place in your self care routine. But none is a replacement for long term work with an experienced Mental Health Professional.
How do I know you guys are good?
We only deliver care that we'd expect from a Mental Health organisation, which is why we ONLY work with therapists with over 5 years of 1-1 client experience. We’ll ensure you’re happy with your sessions through regular feedback from you & progress updates from your therapist.
How long does it take for therapy to work?
Depending on the severity of your concerns, how much work you’re willing to put in & how regular you are, the process varies. Some of our most diligent clients with short term concerns wanting quick results to have finished their work with us in as little as 3 months.
How much does therapy cost?
A 1 hour session with a Pause Therapist costs Rs 2500 for artists who're a part of the program.
What if I don't like my Therapist?
In case your match doesn't work, we'll return your session fees & match you again for free.
Is the discovery call really free?
Absolutely! We usually have slots available within a few days but if you'd like a priority slot, we charge a small fee which is refunded when you sign up with us.
