Pricing Policy for Pause

This Pricing Policy outlines the costs, payment, and refund practices for the use of our therapy services at Pause ("we", "our", "us"). It is vital that you read this policy so that you understand your financial obligations regarding our services.

1. Therapy Session Costs

For our therapy services, we charge:

- Rs 3000 per session for residents of India.

- US$75 per session for persons living abroad.

Our prices are consistent and do not operate on a sliding scale. Please note that these prices are subject to change, and we will notify you in advance of any such changes.

2. Payment

Payment is required in advance of each therapy session. We accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience, including credit/debit cards and select digital payment platforms. All payments are secure, and your financial details are encrypted to ensure privacy.

3. Cancellations and Reschedules

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours' notice.

Any cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours of notice will result in the forfeit of the fees paid for the session. This policy is in place because a time commitment is made to you and is held exclusively for you when an appointment is booked.
