Refunds & Cancellation

All counselling sessions booked with Pause need to be paid for in advance. In case of non-payment within 24 hours of the session time, the session will automatically be cancelled. There will be no refunds within 24 hours of missing sessions. With notice of more than 24 hours, we offer a 100% refund or the option to reschedule.
